We develop & market Canada’s leading web-based electronic medical communication & record systems (EMR) that are in use by physicians, Healthcare Regions & University Medical Schools across Western Canada. It links patients, physicians, hospitals, health care providers, & labs with secure encrypted data for assured confidentiality. Our ongoing investments in R & D results in Med Access solutions being recognized for their ease of use & being readily integrated into both individual offices & broader networks of care providers.

As the only EMR vendor to be approved in all 4 Western Provinces our business requirements are expanding & we need to add to our development team. The ideal candidate, in addition to strong Java web application development skills, will have a solid grounding in HL7, XSLT, data conversion & interfaces.

More than a year’s experience in HL7 protocols & standards
3+ years experience in J2EE Web-based software development
2+ years experience using XSLT for data migration applications
A passion for doing it right the first time

Computer Sciences Diploma/Degree or equivalent
