Selling Distinctive Value is an interactive seminar focused on acquiring revenue from customers.
You've prepared your business for the market. You've done marketing research. You understand technology adoption models, "whole" solution offerings, product positioning, and you've determined the price you can charge. You understand what need your product solves for your customers, but they're still not buying your product in great quantities.
Selling Distinctive Value focuses on:
· Diagnosing the severity of the customer's problem that your product can solve
· Helping the customer build a business case to buy your product
· Getting initial attention from customers
· Understanding and engaging with all the customer's buying influences
About the Speaker
Building on his original engineering background and 30 years of business experience, Don Linder has successfully created the concepts & structured tools that ensure complex sales are achieved profitably. He specializes in providing executive expertise and business development training to companies that sell complex products and services. Specific areas of focus include assisting clients with:
o Winning major new business
o Strategies and plans for critical markets
o Establishing more effective and consistent management processes
o Creating more reliable revenue forecasting systems
o Selling highly complex technical products & services
Don has over 20 years of practical executive/line management experience including being an executive with profit and loss responsibility for leading operations including sales, marketing, service, consulting, finance and administration.
