The Silicon Vineyard™ Innovation Awards acknowledge excellence in innovation among individuals and organizations from our region's science and technology sectors. OSTEC wants to ensure that our best, brightest and most innovative individuals and organizations are recognized. Everyone in our region - from Salmon Arm in the North to Osoyoos in the South - is invited to participate by placing his/her nominations.

The Sixth Annual Silicon Vineyard™ Innovation Awards will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2009 at the Coast Capri Hotel, Kelowna. The awards gala is a premier event with a reception, three course dinner, keynote speaker, audio visual presentation and awards ceremony.

The Okanagan Science & Technology Council and Guest Speaker Sponsor of the event, QHR Technologies Inc, are proud to announce that Steve Walrath, acclaimed speaker, writer and entrepreneur will be the guest speaker at this year's Sixth Annual Silicon Vineyard™ Innovation Awards.
